Tracy Wong is the Founder of Averell and a trusted counsel to influential families and private enterprises.
An accomplished attorney with a career spanning commodities trading, M&A, international business law, private advisory, and family office leadership, Tracy brings over a decade of experience navigating the complexities of global wealth.
She began her legal career in private practice, advising clients on corporate structuring and cross-border transactions. She later served as Group General Counsel for an international commodities trading group, where she led international business negotiations, structured organizations across multiple jurisdictions, and oversaw regulatory compliance across complex, high-value industries.
As Head of Family Office for a private high-net-worth family, she directed the strategic management of global investments, governance, and long-term legacy planning.
Known for her ability to resolve complex problems discreetly, Tracy is recognized for assembling world-class advisory teams and turning counsel into execution. She specializes in designing resilient structures that create wealth, preserve legacy, and secure continuity for future generations.
